Access and careful use

The application is being developed with authenticated access and organization-scoped authorization. These controls are designed to check a user’s identity and workspace access before serving workspace information.

During an arranged test session, use only the account and workspace assigned to you. Confirm the permitted data and enabled features with your Ketel contact. Never share passwords, authentication codes, or API keys in chat or support messages.

Website and privacy

This public website is served over HTTPS. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling and how to make privacy requests. Our Terms of Service describe the terms governing use.

Contact us about a concern

To report a suspected issue or ask a security question, contact support@ketel.ai and identify your message as a security concern so it can be directed appropriately.

Include a short description, the affected public page or feature, and the approximate time you observed the issue. Please send only a non-sensitive summary initially; do not email credentials, confidential documents, or another person’s data. Ask us how to share any sensitive details.
